Text is good, but nothing gets the point across quite like a good ol' video. Well here at CodenameSaintsRow we've been working hard creating a collection of top-notch video walkthroughs to help you through those tough Saints Row 2 moments. We have currently finished the 3rd Street Saints Prologue, Sons of Samedi and a few activity videos but expect alot more to follow shortly!

I thought I'd just remind everyone on the site to stick around, because we have alot more in mind for this place. Mattze and I, Foxtrot, have been thinking up some pretty cool ideas for CodenameSaintsRow. These things include forums, a newsletter, each users' own userpage and uploadable avatars to display next to your comments.
That's another thing, if you've decided to stick around then definetely register. The whole user-system is hopefully going to be improved drastically and if you've registered now, you can comment on News-posts' like this. To do so, just hit ''X Comments'' adjascent to the news-posts' title.
So, stick around, register and we're going to try and set up a mailing service/newsletter, to alert you of Saints Row and CodenameSaintsRow antics.

2 Million Copies of Saints Row 2 Shipped

Kotaku are reporting that THQ has shipped 2 million copies of Saints Row 2. As we all know Saints Row 2 is a bit of an underdog in the GTA v Saints Row battle but if you read some of the comments on Kotaku's news post you will see some interesting opinions. I haven't had a chance to write a GTAIV - Saints Row 2 comparison yet, but just glancing at some of the comments we can see that Saints Row 2 is building itself quite a following.
Saints Row 2 PC Ship Date & Details

PS3 and Xbox360 owners have been playing Saints Row 2 for almost 2 weeks now, while PC owners have been left wanting. Well the PC version now has a release date; January 6th 2009. The reason for the delay is due to perfecting the game, which is essentially a console port, however, don't let that put you off, the game is set to be of exceptionally high quality, more so than that of the console versions. Below is a summary of what we can expect from the PC version;
- Highest quality game across all platforms
- The game is a port of the console version from an external company
- The PC version is still being produced and tested at Volition with support from the design and programming teams as needed.
- 360 controller will be fully supported for PC play, you will also be able to map your keyboard / mouse controls as you see fit.
- There will also be a small interface change for Multiplayer. The PC version requires a little more information when connecting through a server browser. You'll now see each player's Ping, the number of players in a specific match, match names, and the ability to sort by modes (360/PS3 has this as well, but they have to create a party first).
- A final addition for the PC version is adjustable video settings for aspects such as anti-aliasing, resolution, and more.
Saints Row 3 Development Already Started

I'm sure many of you must of thought I'd jumped the gun a little with creating a Saints Row 3 section a few weeks ago so I thought that I should perhaps explain myself; a few weeks ago Dan Sutton had an interview with Play.tm where he discussed the face that Saints Row 3 development had already started and that the series would be taking a "new direction".
Although I posted the new article I didn't really make a big deal out of it, however, it seems that this news is getting a little more coverage now so I thought I would make a feature of it.

SaintsRow2.com have discovered several users are experiencing issues with the game, mainly with the multiplayer side of things. They have posted a list of the problems which can be viewed on the official site.

SaintsRow.com has a widget available for use. I havn't had a chance to try it out yet but it does feature Tera Patrick. According to SaintsRow.com;
